SCALE Training Program
The SCALE Training program is a specialized accelerator primarily designed to strengthen the effectiveness of Enterprise Support Organizations (ESOs) and Business Development Service (BDS) providers. It equips participants with the skill set, tools and frameworks required to deliver scalable, high-impact enterprise development solutions.
Through this initiative, participants are trained to apply globally competitive business development models that enable them to launch a 1 Million AfCFTA Impact Hub and deliver tailored and evidence-based support to Small and Growing Businesses (SGBs) with measurable outcomes—including increased revenue, job creation, and enterprise sustainability.
Successful participants will be given priority to become Project Partners in our Consortium.
