These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and online services. By using this site, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • 1 Million AfCFTA Impact Consortium: A pan-African enterprise support platform powered by PABL Solutions LTD and her stakeholders, focused on scaling 1 million women- and youth-led MSMEs across 54 African countries every decade through enterprise development, trade facilitation, and strategic partnerships.
  • AfCFTA Proficiency and Intra-African Trade Accelerator Program: A 6-month training program designed to equip participants with a deep understanding of AfCFTA policy, governance, operational instruments, and market implementation strategies.
  • Enterprise Scale and Investment Readiness Accelerator Program: An 8-month structured program leveraging the Argidius SCALE framework to prepare MSMEs for investment through training, mentoring, and investor linkage.
  • Export Market Development Program (Modular): A curriculum-based training track offering 75+ modules covering international trade topics from market research to cross-border logistics and marketing.
  • Trade Accelerator: A collective term for any of the above programs designed to fast-track MSMEs into AfCFTA-aligned trade and business opportunities.
  • Project Partner: An ESO, BDS provider, or institution recognized and licensed by the Consortium to launch localized versions of our Accelerator Programs with technical and advisory support.
  • Expression of Interest for Project Partnership: A formal application to become a Project Partner of the Consortium, subject to screening, training, and approval.
  • MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises): Enterprises with fewer than 250 employees and annual revenues not exceeding a designated threshold, operating within Africa.
  • Small and Growing Business (SGB): A subset of MSMEs demonstrating high potential for growth, scale, and social or economic impact within their markets.
  • Region: One of the five African Union geopolitical zones or any sub-regional economic bloc (e.g., ECOWAS, EAC, SADC) where the Consortium operates.
  • Certificate of Center Recognition (CCR): A certification awarded to approved Project Partners, authorizing them to deliver Consortium programs in their designated region.
  • Measurable Outcome: Demonstrated impact from participation in Consortium programs, such as increased revenue, job creation, enterprise sustainability, market entry, or investor attraction.
  • Incubator Program: A foundational support program that nurtures new or idea-stage businesses by providing resources such as training, mentorship, workspace, and early-stage guidance. Incubators help entrepreneurs refine their business models, validate their ideas, and prepare for launch or future acceleration.
  • Accelerator Program: A structured, time-bound business support program designed to fast-track the growth of early- and growth-stage enterprises. It typically includes mentorship, technical support, capacity building, and market or investment access—focused on helping businesses scale sustainably within a short period, often 3 days–12 months or less.
  • 1 Million AfCFTA Impact Hub: The 1 Million AfCFTA Impact Hub is the central coordination and collaboration platform of the 1 Million AfCFTA Impact Consortium, serving as a virtual and physical space where MSMEs, ecosystem actors, policymakers, and development partners connect, co-create, and access tailored trade and enterprise support services aligned with AfCFTA goals. It also hosts digital resources, partner programs, and regional implementation activities.
Service Categories and Programs Structure
To ensure clarity in the structuring of our programs and services, and to help clients and prospective partners understand the scope of engagement, our offerings are categorized into three distinct service contexts:
a.) Facilitator (Capacity Building or Training Support Services)
Definition: Facilitation refers to the delivery of structured learning sessions—either virtually or in person—designed to transfer knowledge, build skills, and develop the capacity of participants or clients based on a predetermined curriculum, course outline, or workshop structure. Scope and Focus:
  • Delivery of group-based sessions, such as masterclasses, seminars, and workshops.
  • Covers fundamental principles, concepts, theories, frameworks, and best practices related to a subject matter.
  • Does not include one-on-one mentorship, personalized advice, or implementation support.
b.) Advisor (Advisory and Mentorship Support Services)
Definition: Advisory services involve one-on-one or small-group mentorship, coaching, or strategic guidance—delivered virtually or in person—to help clients clarify direction, align goals, and apply acquired knowledge or training in practical contexts. Scope and Focus:
  • Provides strategic insight and directional support tailored to individual or organizational goals.
  • Assists with the development of implementation strategies or roadmaps based on training outcomes.
  • Involves thought partnership, progress monitoring, strategy refinement, and feedback reporting.
Key Role of the Advisor:
  • Guides clients through decision-making with expert opinion or second-layer analysis.
  • Helps align client efforts with program objectives, evaluates progress, and offers feedback.
  • Note: This role is non-executive and does not include hands-on delivery or execution of tasks.
c.) Consultant (Technical and Implementation Support Services)
Definition: Consulting refers to the provision of hands-on, practical support, including the use of specialized tools, systems, templates, and methods to solve specific challenges or implement strategies. This category involves deeper engagement and co-execution of deliverables. Scope and Focus:
  • Involves active participation in document preparation, strategy execution, data analysis, system design, and implementation.
  • Consultant may work directly with or through your tools, documents, platforms, or may provide proprietary templates and frameworks.
  • Includes the co-creation of proposals, reports, systems, and toolkits, and support through professional networks and linkages.

Important Note:

Each category is distinct in scope, level of involvement, and pricing. Clients are encouraged to clearly identify their needs and expectations to ensure the right engagement structure is applied. d.) At the 1 Million AfCFTA Impact Consortium, prospective participants and clients can access our programs and services through two primary engagement options:

i.) Option 1: Consortium Partnership Subscription

This option is designed for organizations or institutions seeking to deliver our programs within their country or region. By subscribing as a Project Partner, you will receive:
  • A Certificate of Centre Recognition, enabling you to launch 1 Million AfCFTA Impact Hub and deliver all our Programs base on franchise business model.
  • Access to all our Train-the-Trainer programs across all training, advisory, mentoring services in linkages.
  • Technical support that includes tools, templates, modules/training slides and comprehensive training on how to apply them effectively within your programs for training, advisory and technical support services with measurable impacts.
Note: Any additional technical support beyond the initial scope will be available on-demand and subject to negotiation and agreement through a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

ii.) Option 2: Direct Program Subscription

This option is ideal for individual participants or organizations interested in accessing specific programs or services without a formal partnership. With this option, you can:
  • Register or subscribe to any of our training programs, advisory/mentorship sessions, or technical support services based on your unique needs.
  • Engage with our offerings without the requirement of becoming a Project Partner.

2. Use of the Website

  • You may access the website to explore opportunities, apply to programs, submit partnership inquiries, or consume educational resources.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website content without express written permission.
  • You must not use the website to distribute or upload malicious software, unauthorized scripts, or perform any activity that disrupts our servers.

3. Application to Programs and Partnerships

  • All applications (e.g., for programs or Project Partnership) must be submitted using the official forms provided on the website.
  • You certify that all information submitted is accurate and that you hold the necessary rights to any business ideas or documents uploaded.
  • Submission of multiple entries using different names or identities may result in disqualification.
  • By submitting an application, you agree to allow the Consortium to assess, store, and communicate with you regarding your application.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided on the website including but not limited to training materials, program descriptions, frameworks, visuals, and branding including the name and logo of 1 Million AfCFTA Impact Consortium are the intellectual property of PABL Solutions LTD and its partners.
  • You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without express written consent.

5. Eligibility and Participation

  • Our programs are open to MSMEs and institutions operating in Africa, especially women- and youth-led enterprises.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal right to operate within their country of residence.
  • Project Partners must undergo due diligence, training, and commit to adhering to the Consortium’s implementation and quality standards.

6. Data Privacy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected through forms or communications will only be used for program administration, internal research, or to contact you regarding opportunities.
  • By using the website, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Program Changes and Disclaimers

  • The Consortium reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any program or aspect of the website without prior notice.
  • Participation in a program does not guarantee funding, certification, or partnership approval.
  • We are not liable for technical errors, miscommunication, or delays resulting from internet connectivity, third-party systems, or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and users are responsible for reviewing changes periodically.
